Overhauling and certifying all in one efficient process
We don’t just maintain your steam boiler we can also overhaul it piece by piece. At our spacious new facility in De Lier (built in 2019), we have all the necessary equipment and expertise to carry out detailed boiler overhauls from thorough cleaning to blasting.
Overhaul
We overhaul all types of valves, sight glasses, and spring- and weight-loaded safety devices. We also restore control valves and pumps to their original, as-new condition. In particular, conditioning the appendages is essential for the optimal performance of the steam boiler. We don’t just overhaul these appendages unlike most maintenance companies, we are authorized by ECH to assess, test, and certify them as well. This authorization applies to safety devices and all other types of pressure-retaining appendages.
Time savings
The advantage of having the ability to certify in-house is clear: significant time savings in the maintenance process. The involvement of an external inspector is no longer necessary for the commissioning of your boiler as Van der Mark can schedule this in advance.
The requirements to grant in-house approval are strict. Procedures for this are documented in our ISO manual. Each year, Energie Consult Holland audits our quality system in accordance with RToD Sheet T 01003. That is why working with Van der Mark means working with confidence.
