After the warranty period has expired, Van der Mark Ketelonderhoud ensures the trouble-free and energy-efficient operation of your steam boiler including everything that goes with it: feedwater deaerators, condensate tanks, blowdown vessels, piping, and fittings. Both inside and outside the boiler house.
We inspect deaerators internally, whether or not in combination with reapplying the Apexior coating.

Over the years, Van der Mark has increasingly specialized in maintenance shutdowns. Taking the pressure off our clients is what we do best.
At an early stage, we bring together all the involved parties from insulation and burner technicians to water treatment specialists. Through close coordination, we create a realistic and achievable schedule. This ensures you can rely on the exact date and time your boiler will be back in operation even if that means working in shifts, during the day, at night, or over the weekend.
Safety First
Safety always comes first when inspecting boilers and economisers for contamination, flue gas and water leaks, and overall reliability. You can count on us for objective advice regarding the legally required periodic testing of safety systems.
If desired, we can also take over the functional testing of primary safety devices for you. To further improve efficiency, we inspect the entire boiler house for potential leaks and other malfunctions.
Remote maintenance 24/7
With detailed photos of every installation stored in our own system, we’re also available for remote troubleshooting and maintenance. Combined with our in-depth knowledge of your system, we can often identify the cause of a malfunction remotely.
And if that’s not possible, there’s always a technician available 24/7 not only for customers with a maintenance contract, but also on request.
